Bikini season is here! Try this quick fix to look and feel your best by simply staying hydrated. We’ll be stopping by the farmers market all summer long to keep our ingredients stocked. If you’re in the area, swing by Montauk or Amagensett for local farm fresh sources, maybe we’ll see you there.
- 2L water
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 lemon
- 10+ mint leaves
- (optional) 2 inch piece of ginger for some extra zest + digestive benefits
- (optional) 5+ strawberries for some added flavor, and your water will turn pink!
Wash veggies. Slice cucumber & lemon, add mint leaves, peeled ginger & sliced strawberries if desired. Let steep in fridge for a minimum of 1 hr. For best results leave overnight. Detoxing made easy, Enjoy!
